Superb self catering accommodation at Oxwich Bay, Gower, Near Swansea, South Wales (Sorry no pets) The bungalow is within easy walking distance to Oxwich Bay beach and local amenities.
Furnished to a high standard, it sleeps four comfortably (one double, one twin bedroom) completely self-contained and offers very high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
The fully furnished lounge has a bright and airy feel due to the natural light through the large patio doors. Defined dining area, with table with four chairs. Ample power points (one with USB charger. WiFi is not available however due to the elevated position there are strong mobile signals particularly Vodafone and O2. Comfortably furnished with sofa & easy chair, includes a Freeview television, DVD player and a feature fire, it has a large patio door which opens onto a paved area with table & seating overlooking the grassed area with views beyond to Oxwich Bay. Private allocated parking is at the rear of the bungalow
The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, standard under counter fridge with icebox, new cooker (2021) with a ceramic hob, toaster & kettle,
In the bathroom there is a bath with hand held shower and shower curtain. (We were hoping to have a new electric shower fitted for 2021 but the electrician has let us down!) The beds have pillows. blankets and covers along with new duvets, although many guests prefer to bring their own pillows. Electricity is by £1 coin slot meter (set at below cost),
There are two bedrooms one double with wardrobe and dresser (the hot water tank in airing cupboard is in this room), small bedside tables with lamps. The other bedroom has two small single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
